Read Aloud of the Week: Interrupting Chicken

The students and I have been talking last week and this week about what it means to interrupt someone. This book does a fantastic job of capturing just that in a hilarious way. One little chicken is getting tucked into bed and just won't stop interrupting the stories her father is trying to read her! The class loved this book so much and their has been fewer interruptions in the classroom. :)

Green Day was a success!!

Thank you parents for ensuring your child wore green today. It was great to see everyone dressed up for St. Pat's Day. Here is the link to the read aloud the students and I listened to this morning before we started working on our leprechaun traps again.
